Trey is a father of two young children and takes time out once a week to come volunteer at BEAM helping clients with food stamp and Medicaid applications.
” I am relatively new to the BEAM family. I am honored to be the volunteer spotlight. Between balancing family life and pursuing a Master’s degree in social work in a distant learning program at FSU I would say I am a busy individual. BEAM makes it a point to put the volunteer first, which allows people with busy schedules to give back to their community. When you think life is too busy, think again because BEAM has a spot for you on their team and you won’t regret it. BEAM has given me the opportunity to jumpstart my “helping” profession by giving back to my local community. I am excited to grow with BEAM and to continue serving my community.”
