Solving food insecurity at the beaches

In order to help stretch resources for low-income people, BEAM food pantry services offer a supplement to an individual or families’ groceries. The amount of food offered is dependent on the size of the family. Individuals can visit the pantry twice a month. Volunteers stock shelves, monitor inventory and assist clients in shopping. Generally, clients receive enough food for three meals per family member for three days.

BEAM does its best to accommodate individual dietary restrictions. Personal Care items may also be available. To request an appointment, call 904-241-2326.

What to Expect

Assistance with food is available for residents within our service area (32233, 32266, 32250, 32082, 32224, and 32227).
Appointments must be made one day in advance by calling (904) 241-2326.
Clients must bring a current lease with their name as an occupant, picture ID for the person requesting assistance.
